Let’s build what your business runs on.
Custom software, internal tools, and AI workflows, designed and built end to end.
Led by Jason Ki, Ph.D.AI Engineer, Product ExpertAI made it feel possible. Then you hit the wall.
You run a business, and for the first time building real software feels within reach. Turning that spark into something people can actually use is a different job. Here is where it usually stalls.
The ChatGPT ceiling
AI gets you a clever prototype in an afternoon. Then it stalls, and you cannot get it to something real.
Works for you, breaks for everyone
The demo runs perfectly on your screen, then falls apart the moment a real customer touches it.
Ten tools, none talking
Your business runs on a dozen apps and spreadsheets that do not connect, so you become the integration.
Build it yourself, or wait
Learn to code for a year, or hire a team you cannot afford. Neither gets it built this quarter.
Three ways we help teams build.
Most engagements fall into one of these. They connect: software often needs a workflow behind it, and workflows need infrastructure to stay reliable.
Custom software
Websites, portals, CRMs, dashboards, and internal tools that work as one system instead of another SaaS workaround.
Learn moreAI workflows
The repetitive work your team does by hand, from intake and triage to reporting, turned into automations that run themselves.
Learn moreAI infrastructure
The layer that makes AI dependable: retrieval over your own data, evaluation, agent design, and human review built in.

Tell us the messy version
You describe the workflow or the idea in plain language. No spec, no technical vocabulary, and no polished pitch required.
We scope it honestly
You get a clear plan and a fixed scope. If the honest answer is that you do not need custom software, that is the answer you will get.
We build it end to end
Design, engineering, and the AI pieces underneath, delivered as working software your team can actually use.
We keep it running
Once it is live, we can operate and improve it on an ongoing basis, or hand it off cleanly. Your call.
What clients say
People who have actually worked with us.
“Jason built our voice agent from zero to handling customer calls in 6 weeks. It just works — the calls are getting routed, transcribed, and summarized without our team thinking about it.”
Alex Chen
Founder & CEO · SaaS logistics startup
“We had this intake workflow that was manual, slow, and full of mistakes. Jason turned it into something that runs itself. The ROI was immediate — we cut processing time by 70%.”
Morgan Lee
Operations Lead · Professional services firm
“What stood out was how honest he was about what AI could and couldn't do for our use case. Built exactly what we needed, nothing more, nothing less. That straightforwardness is rare.”
James Park
CTO · Healthcare tech company

How we think about building with AI.
Field notes for people building real things with AI, in plain language.
Before you reach out.
Who do you work with?
Business owners and founders who need working software rather than another AI demo. Especially first-time builders who feel newly capable with AI but hit the wall past the prototype, plus teams without an in-house engineering function and technical teams that need extra capacity.
What does an engagement look like?
There are three shapes: a fixed-scope custom build, a dedicated multi-month product engagement, or a monthly operations retainer after a build is live. Every one starts with a scoped plan.
Do you list prices?
No. Scope drives cost, so the numbers arrive in a written plan once we understand the work, not before. There is no pricing on the site and no number quoted before scoping.
What if I do not actually need custom software?
Then that is what we will tell you. Part of the job is knowing when an off-the-shelf tool or a small change to an existing workflow is the right call, and saying so.
Have something you have been trying to build?
Tell us the messy version. You will get an honest read on whether it is worth building and what it would take.
